Orange County Physical Child Custody Lawyer

Physical custody is the actual time children spend with a parent.  Sole physical custody is where one parent is granted physical custody while the other parent has visitation with the children.  In this situation, the children primarily live with one parent but the other parent still spends time with the children.  For example, the children would live with one parent during the school week and would be with the other parent on alternating weekends plus some time during the week. Joint physical custody is where both parents spend a significant amount of time with the children subject to some limitations.
